This official homeowner's, vacancy calendar web page (copyrighted) allows you to purchase your discount vacation rental week (Sat. to Sat.) or monthly stay (October through March only) online in most currencies. Weekly only beginning April thru August. We will do 3 night minimum from September through March. Our rental week runs from Sat to Sat. Enterance into this condo constitutes acceptance of our CONDO RENTAL AGREEMENT between Owner and Renter. Condo is professionally cleaned before and after each stay.
Our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom oceanview condo efficency is conveniently located in Bluewater Villas #407B across South Ocean Blvd. and near Hurl Rock park for a beautiful, unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean. Hundreds of restaurants, shops, Nascar Speedpark, Ripley's Aquarium, Carolina Opry, Parasailing and many other area attractions and activities are only moments away, many within walking distance! Enjoy cool refreshing beverages and snacks at Flip Flops oceanfront bar while lounging poolside or relax in the Bluewater Villas lazy river across street. Bluewater resort's oceanfront pool features live entertainment and other unique seasonal activities throughout the year. Experience breath-taking views and ocean breezes you can only get by staying on the beach. The bedroom contains 1 queen bed, and 1 queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 4) with new furniture, newly painted in beachy colors and large color TV with HBO. We also offer other home comforts and conveniences like a new small refrigerator, microwave, new stove and color T.V. Efficency kitchen also comes stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, cookware and cooking utensils.
