Renter pays my 10% referral fee for any renter that I bring to you and that actually rents your home! You also get to use my Yahoo! web hosting and webmaster services by me - professional webmaster, online promotion, editing and revising both (2) webpages, as you need. Note: In order for me to make your 2 free webpages, host, edit, and promote them, you must agree to the following:
* Email me digital pics (less than 50kb size) of your rental home in SC or I may be able to come take some if not to far away from HHI or Myrtle Beach, or you pay my expenses.
* I am just your webmaster and online booking agent only.
* You are your own property manager and you pay all rental expenses, bills, lodging and accomodation taxes, property taxes, etc. to local, state and federal governments, agencies, etc.
* You mail the keys or door code, parking pass, location map, final letter, etc. to each renter.
* You schedule cleaning of rental home, expenses, repairs, deal with renter needs, complaints, problems, etc.
* I provide free advertising to book your condo as much as I can online (no guarantees) using my free webpages that I make for your.
* You must tell me within 24 hours every time your rental home books via email and or phone, so I can take it offline on your free vacancy calendar, so as to not double book it.
* I reserve the right to delete your free website, if: It does not rent online via my free rental webpages within 1 year or you forget to tell me any bookings within 24 hours of booking, more than 2 times, which result in double booking your rental home due to your fault. Also, you agree to pay for any fault of yours in a double booking case.

We must have good communication of your vacancy calendar, rates, etc. via phone and email. Approx. 5 percent of the total rental fee is charged by PayPal and I for use of major credit card payment, which is paid by the renter.

The main issue is communication (we talk within 24 hours of either of us booking rental home by phone or email), so I can update your free vacancy calendar webpage and so we do not double book your rental online. I am providing you a free service, worth at least $400 a year. My main purpose is to increase your rentals, and thus increase my website traffic for free to you (paid for by renter). I do charge a 10% referral fee to renters that I book for you online, which the renter paids for. I am only assisting you as your free webmaster and online booking agent and aiding you in renting your rental home yourself, better and making more rentals, as I do my nine rentals.
