This official homeowner's, vacancy calendar web page (copyrighted) allows you to purchase your discount vacation rental week (Sat. to Sat.) or monthly stay (October through March only) online in most currencies. Rentals typically from Sat. to Sat., as shown below. $400 deposit due within 1 week of making reservation online or by phone. Monthly rentals are available Oct - Feb. Weekly only beginning March through September. Rates below include: clean linens and towels, cleaning before and after stay, and all taxes. Our rental week runs from Sat to Sat. Entrance into this condo constitutes acceptance of our CONDO RENTAL AGREEMENT between Owner and Renter. Condo is professionally cleaned before and after each stay.

The Holiday Sands at South Beach resort is near Hurl Rock park for a beautiful, unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean and S. Ocean Blvd. Hundreds of restaurants, shops, Nascar Speedpark, Ripley's Aquarium, Carolina Opry, Parasailing and many other area attractions and activities are only moments away, many within walking distance! Enjoy cool refreshing beverages and snacks at an oceanfront bar while lounging poolside or relax in the Holiday Sands indoor lazy river, pools and hot tubs! The Holiday Sands South #1123 condo bedroom contains 2 queen beds. The condo has 1 queen Murphy Bed in Den (condo sleeps 6). Condo has all new appliances and furniture. Clothes washer and dryer also in condo! The Holiday Sands South #1123 condo also has a large color TV in den and master bedroom and a extra vanity, hall and locking wall safe! Spectacular view of ocean from private balcony. New home decor, clean, floor tile and carpet. Condo has new: dishwasher, stove refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, wall safe, and all eating utensils. All rooms, kitchen, bathroom, vanity and bedroom are brand new! Linens and towels are provided. We also provide pillows and blankets in the closet. There is also a new sofa in the den. We also offer other home comforts and conveniences like a new large refrigerator, microwave, new stove and 2 color T.V.s, DVD/ CD player in den and master bedroom sleeps 4), DVD, iron, ironing board, coffee maker and hair dryer. Kitchen also comes stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, cookware and cooking utensils. Condo sleeps 6 max.
