Hello! I stayed in this unit years ago and it sure has improved several notches. The view is as breathtaking as it ever was, but wow, is it ever loaded with upgrades now... Patty Barnes , Akron, Oh. My family and I stayed at this condo for the July 4th week in 2007. It was fantastic for the price! The kitchen is very spacious, the washer and dryer work fantastically, the view is amazing. Everything about this place was great, but the elevators were slow. I would definately recommend this.

This was a wonderful house to spend our vaction in! I would like to say that the property owner was WONDERFUL! He contacted me within 15 minutes of emailing my request. He has excellent customer service, which made the experience very easy-going!
The house was clean, comfortable and well-stocked. There is a Kroger right down the street, and all the "spots" we wanted to hit were close. The pool was clean, there was ample parking, and the locals were friendly.
We stayed at this house during the Fall Bike Week rally and it was just close enough to the action without being right in it! Broadway on the Beach was a little further than expected, but it was no big deal. We even spent a few nights in watching TV or chatting on the balcony...It was our home away from home: very comfortable and cozy!
We recommend eating at Crabby Mike's for a great seafood buffet, and we also tried out the Conch Cafe on the beach road. Good food, a little pricey for drinks.
We will definately stay at this property again, and I cannot say enough how great the property owner treated us!

"We stayed in this house from 6/19-6/26/2010 during our vacation in Garden City Beach, SC. This was our first time renting a home from Mr. Hines, but it was a great experience. He is extremely easy to work with from booking the reservation to check-in to offering great owner discounts!
The house is immaculate and really feels like home once you check-in. The bedrooms are spacious and each has it own private bath. The master bedroom is as large as some hotel rooms and has a great private deck for enjoying your morning coffee. There was always plenty of seating in the open living/dining/kitchen areas which has great hardwood floors and access to another nice deck. The kitchen contains brand new appliances and plenty of cooking utensils. Our chef in the family loved the kitchen!!
The pool area has a large deck and patio area with plenty of seating. The pool which quickly became our favorite place to hangout was what made the house complete. The water was always refreshing and provided a nice break from the beach.
Speaking of the beach it was an easy two minute walk from the house making it very convenient for multiple trips during the day. With parking for several cars under the house and convenient access to 17 Business there is no reason not to rent this house.
