Very nice, near ocean raised beach house, sleeps 14 max. at 126A Woodland Dr. Rental house is on 12' stilts, 1 block from ocean, approximately 2-minute walk to beach! You can see ocean from front yard! House is privately owned and rented and within walking distance to the nearby oceanfront Conch Cafe restaurant. Our house portion is on the east side (126A) closest to beach of the 126 Woodland Townhouse Horizontal Property Regime or Duplex. Our rental house has three porches (two in front and one in back), private pool, 4 large bedrooms (2 master suites), 4.5 full baths (3 upstairs and 1.5 downstairs). Covered parking garage under house and driveway for 5 cars max. New hardwood floors in den, dining and kitchen areas. 2600 heated square feet, 2800 total square feet. Lot size is approx. 5550 square feet. Rooms are painted in "Beachy" Bermuda colors. All furniture, appliances, decor, pool, everything in home is new! Color cable tv in every room. 43-inch Smart HDTV in den and 2 HDTVs in upstairs blue bedroom and downstairs blue bedroom. Cabana by pool, 2 picnic tables under house, pool lounges and chairs and beachy decor. New HVACs, new refrigerator, new clothes washer and dryer, Pilot Rock charcoal grill installed in front of house.
Our large master bedroom is upstairs with a balcony overlooking front yard and nice neighborhood near beach! Master bedroom has light yellow walls and white trim and has a white wicker queen bed, futon, walk in full bath with tub, wicker nightstand and wicker 5-drawer chest, wall mirror, chair. Second bedroom upstairs is painted in Bermuda green with white trim and has a white wicker queen bed, futon, walk in full bath with tub, wicker nightstand and wicker 5-drawer chest. The third large bedroom upstairs is painted light blue with white trim and has 2 white wicker queen beds, walk in full bath with tub, wicker nightstand and wicker 5-drawer chest and 32” HDTV. Our fourth large bedroom is downstairs and is painted light blue with white trim and has a balcony and porch overlooking private pool in backyard, 2 white wicker queen beds, full bath with tub, wicker nightstand and wicker 5-drawer chest and HDTV.
Our raised beach house also has two wood futons in den (double size bed) recliner, chairs, two dining tables (one dining table with eight chairs in den and a smaller new dining table with 4 chairs beside kitchen) and 5 barstools by kitchen counter and beachy decor. Large open den and kitchen great for family room! Den also has free WiFi, a new 43” HDTV, DVD and stereo, two futons, 1 recliner and 1 reading chair. 8 beds total - sleeps 14 max. New clothes washer and dryer in upstairs hall. All new appliances (dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel refrigerator, flat top range, 2 new HVAC systems, water heater, clothes washer and dryer, and 5000 gallon pool system).
A garden hose is at front of house to wash off before entering house or pool please - Thanks! Fenced in back yard with private pool, pool lounge chairs, and two new picnic benches and great for sunning. Spend your lazy days sitting on the front porch peeking at the ocean or the back porch overlooking the pool. So close to the beach that you won�t even need a golf cart.
Rate includes all: Discount, All taxes, fees, utilities, clean linens and towels, and house is cleaned before and after your stay!
