Our newest rental home is a recently built (1/09) 2-story 4BR/4.5 BA raised beach house. It is approximately 2 min. walk to ocean, newly furnished, sleeps 16, new 5000-gallon private pool (~20’ x 10‘ x 5‘ deep) fenced in back yard, and located in Garden City Beach, SC. Approx. 5-min. drive to south Myrtle Beach. House located between Surfside Beach Pier and Garden City Beach pier at 126A Woodland Dr.
Exceptionally nice, near ocean raised beach house, sleeps 16 max. at 126A Woodland Dr. Rental house is on 12' stilts, 1 block from ocean, approximately 2-minute walk to beach! You can see ocean from front yard! House is privately owned and within walking distance to the nearby oceanfront Conch Café restaurant. Our house portion is on the east side (126A) closest to beach of the 126 Woodland Townhouse Horizontal Property Regime or Duplex. Our rental house has three porches (two in front and one in back), private pool, 4 large bedrooms (2 master suites), 4.5 full baths (3 upstairs and 1.5 downstairs) and sleeps 16 max. Covered 4-car parking garage under house. New hardwood floors in den, dining and kitchen areas. 2600 heated square feet, 2800 total square feet. Lot size is approx. 5550 square feet. Our new house was built and completed in January 2009 and not lived in or rented until 1 year later. Rooms are painted in "Beachy" Bermuda colors. All furniture, appliances, decor, pool, everything in home is new! Color cable tv in every room. New large 40" Sony color cable tv in downstairs bedroom by pool. New Cabana by pool with outdoor night lights, 2 picnic tables under back porch and beachy decor. New Pilot Rock charcoal grill installed in front of house in 10/11!
Our large master bedroom is upstairs with a balcony overlooking front yard and nice neighborhood near beach! Master bedroom has light yellow walls and white trim and has a white wicker queen bed, walk in full bath with tub, wicker nightstand and wicker 5-drawer chest, wall mirror, yellow chair and 30" color cable tv and DVD player. Second bedroom upstairs is painted in Bermuda green with white trim and has a white wicker queen bed, walk in full bath with tub, wicker nightstand and wicker 5-drawer chest. The third large bedroom upstairs is painted light blue with white trim and has 2 white wicker queen beds, walk in full bath with tub, wicker nightstand and wicker 5-drawer chest and 25" color cable tv. Our fourth large bedroom is downstairs and is painted light blue with white trim and has a balcony and porch overlooking private pool in backyard, 2 white wicker queen beds, full bath with tub, wicker nightstand and wicker 5-drawer chest and 19” color cable tv.
Our raised beach house also has two rubber wood futons in den (double size bed) a new recliner, red lounge chair with ottoman, two dining tables (one dining table with eight chairs in den and a smaller new dining table with 4 chairs beside kitchen) and 4 barstools by kitchen counter and beachy decor. Large open den and kitchen great for family room! Den also has a new 32" flat screen HDTV color cable tv, DVD and stereo, two futons, 1 recliner and 1 reading chair and ottoman. 8 beds total - sleeps 16 max. New clothes washer and dryer in upstairs hall. All new appliances (dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel refrigerator, flat top range, 2 HVAC systems, water heater, clothes washer and dryer, and 5000 gallon pool system).
New outdoor shower and garden hose at front of house to wash off before entering house or pool please - Thanks! Fenced in back yard with private pool, 5 pool lounge chairs, and two new picnic benches seat 16 and great for sunning all day. Also added recently new outdoor pool table with 4 chairs and more home decor. Spend your lazy days sitting on the front porch peeking at the ocean or the BIG back porch overlooking the pool. So close to the beach that you won’t even need a golf cart. Tax assessed value at over $900,000 for the 126 Woodland Duplex.
